Our arrival day is a Sunday for a 7 night booking.
Arrival day for a 4 night booking is on a Sunday or Wednesday.
Arrival for a 3 night booking is on a Thursday.

Payment

We request a minimum 50% of total payment at the time of booking. We will email you to remind you of your payment balance.

A refundable £500 good housekeeping deposit will be charged in addition to the property rental. This will be refunded on safe receipt of the property at the end of the rental.

Bedroom & bathrooms

Upstairs the house has 1 superking bedroom with en-suite bathroom, three king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

Downstairs there is a further king bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Other rooms

Kitchen with Dining table seating 12, Aga, electric oven and gas hob.

There are two fridges, two dishwashers, a Quooker, coffee machine, food processor and electric hand whisk.

It is very well appointed with everything needed for complete self catering.

Pets

Up to 3 well behaved dogs are welcome but please keep downstairs.

Pets are charged at £35 each.

Family Groups

Children are very welcome with a travel cot and a high chair provided.

Practical Considerations

The kitchen has an aga, electric oven and gas hob and there are two fridges, two dishwashers, a quooker and coffee machine.

It is very well appointed with everything needed for complete self catering. The laundry/utility room has washing machine, tumble dryer and chest freezer.

Connectivity

Please note there is limited mobile signal due to the location but WiFi is available for WiFi calling, tv music and general internet usage.

Cooking Alfresco

We provide a BBQ but guests must bring their own charcoal.
